Our ERP Project
Vanname Indo Persada
Vanname manages multiple shrimp ponds across its cultivation operations, with each pond having its own cultivation cycle and daily activities to monitor. As the number of ponds grows, keeping track of everything becomes increasingly complex, from when shrimp are fed and how much feed remains to pond conditions, shrimp growth, inventory, and harvest schedules.
Managing all this information efficiently required a more centralized way to track what was happening across every pond.
What We Do:
Monarchy developed an integrated ERP System that brings Vanname's pond operations into one centralized platform. The system allows the team to track each farm, pond, and cultivation cycle, from pond preparation and shrimp stocking to water quality, growth, feeding, shrimp health, and harvest.
It also connects stock & inventory management and reports & analytics, making it easier to monitor supplies, understand pond conditions, track cultivation progress, and manage day-to-day operations across multiple ponds.
